Brookfield Renewable Partners has entered into a Master Services Agreement with a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management, a global alternative asset manager with approximately $200 billion in assets under management, 23,000 operating employees and 500 investment professionals. Brookfield has over a 100-year history of owning and operating assets with a focus on property, renewable energy, infrastructure and private equity.
Brookfield is cross-listed on the New York and Toronto Stock Exchanges under the symbol BAM and on NYSE Euronext under the symbol BAMA.

Mr. Legault is the Executive Group Chairman, Renewable Power, for Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he has oversight of all of Brookfield’s renewable investments. As Chief Executive Officer from inception to August 2015, he led the growth of Brookfield’s renewable power operations on a global basis, helping to make Brookfield Renewable one of the world’s largest pure play renewable energy portfolios.
Mr. Shah was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2015, and is responsible for Brookfield Renewable’s growth, operating and investment strategy on a global basis. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is also a Senior Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management and is appointed under the Master Services Agreement as Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable. Mr. Shah joined Brookfield Asset Management in 2002 and held a variety of senior roles prior to joining Brookfield Renewable. Mr. Shah received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 1999 and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA, CA).
Mr. Goodman is Chief Financial Officer of the Service Provider and is appointed under the Master Services Agreement as Chief Financial Officer of BREP. In this capacity, he directs all capital markets activities including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and investor relations, on a global basis. Mr. Goodman received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland in 2003 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Ms. Mazin is Senior Vice President & General Counsel of the Service Provider and is appointed under the Master Services Agreement as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of BREP. She has global responsibility for Brookfield Renewable’s legal matters, including transactional activity, corporate governance and public disclosure. Ms. Mazin received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and her law degree from the University of Toronto. She is called to the bars of the State of New York and the Province of Ontario.
